Knowledge Base (WIP)

This guide walks you through deploying your first game server.

Steps

1. Go to the Control Panel.
2. Click Deploy Server.
3. Pick your game and RAM.
4. Complete checkout.
5. Your server will appear in the panel once provisioning completes.

Notes

• You can upgrade RAM later without rebuilding.
• Keep your server name simple (letters, numbers, dashes).

Find the address

In your Control Panel, open your server and look for the Address or IP:Port.

Join (example)

• In-game: Multiplayer → Add Server → paste the address.
• If your game needs a port, include it like: example.com:25565

1. Open the Control Panel.
2. Go to Billing.
3. Select the subscription.
4. Click Cancel and confirm.

If you cancel, your server will follow the cancellation policy shown in Billing.

Backups are managed in the Control Panel per server.

1. Open your server.
2. Go to Backups.
3. Download or restore from a snapshot.

If a restore fails, open a Support ticket and include the backup timestamp.
