3. Accounts & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.
You agree to provide accurate account information.
You must maintain at least one active server on any active subscription.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Billing, Subscriptions & Payments
All payments are processed through Stripe.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period.
Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, not immediately.

Due to Stripe subscription item handling:
Adding, removing, upgrading, or downgrading servers is applied immediately.
Charges or credits are prorated and reflected immediately.

At least one server must remain active on any active subscription.

5. Refund Policy
Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Simple Game Host.

We do not provide refunds for:
Partial billing periods
Unused service time
Performance dissatisfaction
Account suspension or termination due to policy violations
Chargebacks or disputed transactions

Approved refunds, if any, are issued to the original payment method.

6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services for:
DDoS attacks, reflection, amplification, or abuse
Malware, botnets, crypto-mining, or scanning
Illegal activity or copyright infringement
Excessive resource abuse affecting platform stability
Attempts to bypass security, billing, or infrastructure controls

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately for violations.

7. User Content & Legal Responsibility
You are solely responsible for all content hosted on your servers, including mods, plugins, maps, backups, and user-generated content.

Simple Game Host does not provide legal advice and is not responsible for informing users of legal obligations, licensing requirements, or compliance with applicable laws. Users are responsible for ensuring their content and activities comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws.

8. Data Loss & Backups
You acknowledge that data loss is possible.
Backups are your responsibility unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Simple Game Host is not liable for lost data, corrupted worlds, or misconfigurations.

9. Service Availability, Maintenance & Changes
Services are provided on a best-effort basis.
No Service Level Agreement (SLA) is offered.
Maintenance may occur with or without notice.
Performance may vary due to upstream providers or abuse mitigation.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the Services, including features, limits, infrastructure, or pricing, at any time. Changes to pricing apply prospectively.

10. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate services for:
Non-payment
Policy violations
Excessive chargebacks or disputes
Legal or regulatory requirements
Risk to infrastructure or other customers

Termination does not relieve payment obligations.

11. Force Majeure
Simple Game Host shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, power outages, network failures, upstream provider issues, hardware failures, natural disasters, or governmental actions.

12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Simple Game Host shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the previous 30 days.

13. Indemnification
